Albarone 2016 – Marco Bonfante

MARCO BONFANTE

Marco Bonfante’s Albarone 2016 wine is characterized by an intense and brilliant ruby red color with reflections tending to garnet.

Imaginative and passionate bouquet: on display it outlines raspberry and cherry in alcohol to which sensations of roasting, tar and tobacco are linked.

On the palate it is material with dense and very thick tannins, which create a sensational synergy with the acidity of the backbone, which gives freshness and balance. Long, clean and enveloping finish in which the fruity floral character of Albarossa echoes.

An expansive but also vertical wine, fully among the best Piedmontese red wines for sensational dialectic between structure and elegance.
