The Alta Langa Rosé Brut Riserva 2015 – Cascina Pastori Colombo wine has a pale and bright onion skin pink color and a perlage of excellent persistence. The nose is layered and ranges from red currant, wild strawberries and delicate floral notes of rose followed by nuances of alpine flora, bread crust and viennoiserie.
On the palate it convinces with freshness, drinkability, with a creamy, voluminous and enveloping effervescence. Finale of excellent persistence, sharpness and cleanliness in which floral nuances echo. Refine 60 months on the lees in the bottle.
