Amarone della Valpolicella ‘Morar’ 2010 – Valentina Cubi

Visually it shows an intense and crystalline garnet red color, the nose reveals complex and fine articulating between clear sensations ripe cherry, plum and dates, embellished with cocoa powder, sweet vanilla spices. On the palate it is voluminous with a powerful but silky texture synergistically linked to an acidity of strength that creates fluidity and drinkability. Harmonious finish, which echoes on the fruit. Excellent persistence and aging potential.
It matures in wood from 33 to 36 months, and rests in glass for another 6 months.

An opulent wine, in which the intelligibility of the fruit masterfully binds to the tertiary notes, expansive palate with a finish that perpetuates sine die, penetrating, with excellent persistence.
