Barolo Parafada 2017 – Palladino

Palladino’s Barolo Parafada 2017 wine reveals itself in the glass of intense garnet red.

On the nose there are notes of violet and small red berries and juniper enriched by balsamic brushstrokes of licorice root, resin and well-integrated woody notes. The drink envelops the palate in a dense sip with perfectly dashed compact tannins. Excellent salty trail on the finish that leaves the mouth fresh and satisfied.

An interpretation of Barolo that tells the nature of its fruit with disarming sincerity. Example of how the high alcohol content can enter into synergy with minerality, giving an original and exciting sip. Deservedly among the best Barolos.
