Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Riserva “Villa Bucci” 2018 – Villa Bucci

Characteristics:

The nose is wrapped in an intense and layered olfactory bouquet: broom, chamomile, nipitella and fruit jam with yellow pulp gradually give way to flint and hints of saltiness.

In the mouth it is broad and silky, with an iodized finish in which the fruit resurfaces decisively. Spontaneous fermentation in steel, aging for a year and a half in 50 and 75 hl Slavonian oak barrels, to which is added at least a year in the bottle before the start of sale.
