‘Casa di Terra’ Bolgheri Superiore 2015 by Casa di Terra visually reveals itself as a deep and impenetrable ruby red. The olfactory spectrum is outlined multifaceted and seductive on dark and ripe berries well integrated with nuances of green pepper, humus, cocoa powder, spicy tones of black pepper and vanilla. Ages 20 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters with medium toasting, 20% of 1st passage, 40% of 2nd passage and 40% of 3rd passage. Subsequent refinement in the bottle for 12 months.
On the palate there is space in an enveloping and fresh sip with excellent structure and imperishable persistence
Fully qualified among the best Bolgheri. A voluminous wine with a lyrical and refined character.
