We taste the red wine Campoleone 2015 Umbria IGT
TENUTA LAMBORGHINI
It has an impenetrable ruby red color. The nose spreads wide, night of black currant, plum and vegetal notes of humus stand out and to turn on spicy notes of cloves, nutmeg closing on a finish with reminiscences of leather, tobacco and incense. In the mouth it is warm with a soft and thick tannic texture, excellent balsamic finish that fades on the pine, long and persistent. Following the malolactic fermentation, totally carried out in barriques, the ripening of Sangiovese and Merlot occurs separately for a period of twelve months in French oak barriques. The wines are assembled only before being bottled where they are aged for
at least six months
