Cesarini Sforza is one of the most prestigious companies in the sector, a brand recognized as one of the best in the Dolomites sparkling wine. Founded in 1974 by the will of authoritative entrepreneurs in the Trentino wine sector, one of these is a very prestigious figure, the Count Lamberto Cesarini Sforza. In 2001, Cesarini Sforza, because of exponential growth, decides to acquire the famous cooperative winery La-Vis, one of the most important Italian wine producers. This decision has further increased the technical and productive impetus of the company, which today boasts 800 members and about 800 hectares of vineyards. This choice has also allowed the company to be able to reveal one of the best Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes of the region.

The wines of Cesarini Sforza

It is the Metodo Classico sparkling wine produced with only Trentino grapes, the direct expression of the land that produces it. The line proposed by Cesarini Sforza is varied and of absolute excellence, where elegance is assured. The Extra Brut Reserve 1673 is a noteworthy classic method obtained from the best Chardonnay grapes of the Val di Cembra. It arrives after sixty months on the lees, with a fine, perfumed, fresh perlage, where the balance and elegance confirm the greatness of this cellar.
