Chianti Riserva 2015 – Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini

The Chianti Classico Riserva 2015 of Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini has a brilliant and impenetrable ruby red color. On the nose it reveals itself complex and fine, articulating between tones of ripe bramble oak and preserved cherry, flanked by spicy tones of black pepper, juniper berries, roasting and a slight reminiscence of undergrowth.

On the palate it has engaging, mature and compact tannins synergistically linked to the fresh component that gives balance, harmony and enjoyment to the sip.

Dense finish in which the fruit and spices are penetrating. Refine for at least 12-15 months in French oak barriques, followed by a further 5 months in bottle.

A very convincing Chianti Riserva with a versatile gastronomic character. Among the best Chianti Riserva value for money for its ability to reconcile the crunchiness of the fruit and the tertiary notes.
