Collio Col Disore 2016 wine tasting by Marco Felluga Russiz Superiore

Let’s taste the Collio Col Disore 2016 wine

MARCO FELLUGA – RUSSIZ SUPERIORE

It has a bright golden yellow color. The nose opens voluminous and intense on notes of peach and white grapefruit, embellished with a hawthorn floral. In the mouth there is an important mineral vein that gives great structure by integrating harmoniously with the acidic shoulder that gives freshness and drinkability and encourages drinking. Great persistence, closes on a pleasant almond note. The partially overripe grapes are separated from the stem. The juice and the pulp undergo a cold maceration, then a light pressing which allows the separation from the skins.

It ferments in oak barrels and is then left to rest for about twelve months on the lees and a year in the bottle.
