The Colore Toscana Rosso IGT 2016 by Bibi Graetz has an intense and brilliant ruby ​​red color, the nose unravels an elegant bouquet that deep intense notes of ripe cherries and blackberries enhanced by a counterpoint of delicate nuances of leather, cloves and roasting notes.

On the palate it presses with a very thick, penetrating and silky tannic texture mitigated in a harmonious balance by a vibrant acidity of backbone, giving freshness and reminiscent of blood orange. It opens for a harmonious, balsamic finish with a very long persistence.

It is made by spontaneous fermentation in open barriques with 8 daily manual punching down. Refine in French oak barrels of first and second passage for 24 months, 6 months in bottle
