Franciacorta Cuvée Annamaria Clementi – Ca’ del Bosco
The Franciacorta Cuvée Annamaria Clementi – Ca ‘del Bosco wine is characterized by a bright golden yellow.
Orange blossom, broom and candied fruit extend towards notes of melted butter, viennoiserie and saltiness. On the palate it is dense and full-bodied, with an intriguing acid component that gives freshness and fades into a salty trail of good persistence, with continuous fruity-floral aromatic returns.
Fermented in small oak barrels, with a 6-month stop and malolactic fermentation. It carries out refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method and refines 8 years and 5 months on the lees.
One of the most iconic wineries in Franciacorta gives us a wine of rare elegance, complex, expressive, highly recognizable. Fully qualified among the best Italian sparkling wines.
