Our tasting of the 2012 Cuvée dell’Angelo Pas Dosé wine from the Moratti company (Castello di Cigognola) complete with notes of aging, denomination, blend, serving temperature and alcohol by volume.
Cuvée dell’Angelo Pas Dosé 2012
It has a bright straw yellow color with golden highlights and a very fine perlage of excellent persistence. The nose opens ranging from floral notes to hints of small red fruits, white peaches and citrus allusions embellished with toasted notes and brioche. On the palate it is enveloping and caressing, with a pleasant mineral note that gives volume and structure. Long, harmonious and very intense finish. Refine 72 months on the lees without adding sugar after disgorgement.
An engaging and refined wine that combines freshness, drinkability and fragrance in an interesting way.
