The DOC Lessini Durello Spumante “Ronca ‘Metodo Classico 60” 2012 – Brut shows a brilliant straw yellow color with subtle and persistent bubbles. The nose is delicate in its floral, citrus and spring aromas. White fleshed fruits such as apple, pear, light medlar and toasted fruits. The spiciness is sweet; aromatic herbs and fresh undergrowth with a slight hint of marzipan and mineral notes. The sip remains harmonious. It shows a good incisiveness, fresh thanks to its acidity and sapidity which well characterizes the fine perlage. Persistent finish that reconfirms the citrus.
