Duecape Taurasi 2015 – De’Gaeta
De’Gaeta Duecape Taurasi 2015 wine has a brilliant and impenetrable ruby red color. Olfactory, it reveals itself multifaceted and complex, articulated between tones of blueberries and cherries in spirits which are flanked by spicy tones of black pepper, white chocolate, eucalyptus and nuances of resin embellished with nuances of roasting and a slight reminiscence of undergrowth.
On the palate it has a sensational polyphenolic outfit with engaging, ripe and compact tannins synergistically linked to the fresh component that gives balance, harmony and enjoyment to the sip. Dense finish of sensational length in which the fruit and spices echo penetratingly. Refine in steel for 24 months and 500 liter Tonneux for 12 months.
A voluminous, balsamic and persistent wine. Deservedly among the best interpretations of Taurasi.
