‘Esse’ IGT Toscana Rosso 2015 – Fattoria la Torre
Fattoria la Torre’s 2015 ‘Esse’ wine is characterized by a lively and impenetrable ruby red. The nose is complex and fine with hints of wild blueberries, leather and eucalyptus alongside nuances of garrigue, white chocolate and spicy tones of black pepper.
The sip is lively with a strong acidity that gives freshness and thick and enveloping tannins synergistically linked to a mineral flavor that amplifies the sip. Finale of good persistence that confirms the fruity-spicy notes. Organic wine, ferments and refines in French oak barriques of first passage.
A wine of great elegance and olfactory eloquence, sensational for its versatility in food pairing. A very elegant interpretation of Syrah, fully qualified among the best in Italy.
