The ‘Finis’ Chardonnay Salento PGI 2020 wine is characterized by a bright straw yellow.
The olfactory picture is captivating and outlines aromas of peach in syrup and orange blossom flowers mixed with brackish tones and wild fennel. On the palate it is pressing, fresh and savory, with an amazing drinkability. Excellent persistence of great precision and length. Refine in steel tanks “sur lies” for 2 months.
A very exciting interpretation of Chardonnay del Salento with excellent versatility in the gastronomic combination.
