We taste the Franciacorta Donna Cora Saten Millesimato 2012 wine
TENUTA MONTENISA
It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, with a creamy foam and a very fine and persistent perlage. On the palate it is delicate with floral notes, hints of white-fleshed fruit, harmonious and balanced, characterized by a pleasant freshness and elegant olfactory complexity. It is subjected to a soft pressing. The ‘must’ must undergo the first fermentation in stainless steel tanks and in small barriques. Towards the spring of the following year, the wine begins the second fermentation process in the bottle and subsequent contact with the yeasts for a period of 60 months.
