The Gallesio Bonarda dell’Oltrepò Pavese 2019 – Vitea wine reveals itself in the glass of an impenetrable ruby red color.
The nose is articulated on notes of black cherry and tamarind, flanked by medicinal herbs and spicy tones. In the mouth it is lively with an engaging effervescence that creates echoes on the fruity and vinous character and a light sweet note that favors drinkability. Ideal in combination with cold cuts and dishes with fatness and greasiness.
A captivating and highly drinkable: the great intelligibility of the fruit is masterfully embellished by a pounding effervescence. Deservedly one of Bonarda’s best interpretations of sparkling Oltrepò Pavese.
