Garganega Veronese IGT Bianco 2020 – Boscaini Carlo

The Garganega Veronese IGT Bianco 2020 – Boscaini Carlo wine is characterized by a bright straw yellow.

The olfactory picture outlines floral notes of lime and elder, acacia honey stretch towards notes of aromatic herbs, lavender and salt. On the palate it is dense and full-bodied, with an intriguing acid component that gives freshness and fades into a salty trail of good persistence, with continuous fruity-floral aromatic returns. It ferments and rests in steel for 6 months, followed by 1 month in barrique and 2 months in bottle.

A wine with excellent potential in food pairing: fresh and inviting and with good harmony.
