The Il Drago e le 8 Colombe 2016 wine from the Fattoria del Colle by Donatella Cinelli Colombini is articulated on elegant tones of small ripe red fruits and violets, continuing its evolution towards balsamic suggestions of resin and notes of roasting and autumn spices.
On the palate it has a very pleasant structure, with well-defined tannins that envelop the mouth in an engaging sip and imperishable persistence. Final of great harmony in which the fruit is the protagonist.
The result of a blend of three great grape varieties, Il Drago and le 8 Colombe, it is a sui generis SuperTuscan, with a unique and delicious character, a synthesis of juiciness, power and elegance.
