We taste Kémelios Salento red IGT 2015 from Vetrére

It has an intense ruby ​​red color with purple reflections, the nose spreads wide alternating intense hints of morello cherry and red currant embellished with sweet spices, toasted notes and officinal herbs. On the palate it is enveloping, with a thick but extremely silky tannic texture supported by a harmonious acidic shoulder that gives great freshness and drinkability. Voluminous finish, with returns of Mediterranean scrub and balsamic suggestions, of great elegance and persistence. Excellent aging potential. Fermented in steel vats at controlled temperature and aged in barriques for 14 months.
