Laudario Cortona Merlot DOP 2017 by I Vicini visually reveals itself as a deep and impenetrable ruby red. The olfactory splectrum is multifaceted and seductive on blackberry and blueberry alongside nuances of undergrowth, humus, tertiary registers of cocoa powder, spicy tones of black pepper and vanilla.
On the palate there is space in an enveloping and fresh sip with excellent structure and good persistence with echoes on the fruity varietal of Merlot
A very exciting Merlot-based wine: clear and well-defined aromas are the prelude to a silky, expansive sip that does not renounce drinkability. Excellent value for money.
