‘Luenzo’ IGT Toscana Rosso 2013 – Cesani

Characteristics: Cesani’s ‘Luenzo’ IGT Toscana Rosso 2013 has an intense ruby ​​red color with garnet reflections. The nose reveals incisive notes of wild strawberries, raspberry and delicate woody, blood and leather notes.

On the palate it is broad and intense, with thick but smooth tannins synergistically linked to a lively acidity that favors drinking. Final with delicate references to the fruit and spicy echoes. Organic wine, aged in French oak barriques for 16 months.

A Sangiovese-based wine capable of combining finesse and olfactory flair, with great strength and involving on the palate. Good value for money. Certainly among the best red wines produced in San Gimignano.
