It has an impenetrable intense ruby red color. The nose opens austere with references to blackberries, ripe cherries, spiced black pepper, licorice and cocoa powder. On the palate it is warm, voluminous and enveloping with a medium thickness tannic texture and good freshness. Excellent harmonious and persistent finish. It is subjected to a second fermentation in contact with the dried skins of Montepulciano. Finally, it is aged for about 12 months in French oak barrels with a capacity of 500 liters.
