The Montepulciano D’abruzzo Prima Madre Doc 2012 has an intense, very dark ruby red color, the nose is fruity hints of cherries and marasca cherries, the sip remains intense and savory, with a subtle aroma in the licorice finish, not always easy to identify. A wine that stands out for its power and structure, balanced tannic, but suitable to be enjoyed now.
