Nero dei Venti Chianti Classico 2015 – Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini

It visually has a lively ruby red color. The nose opens wide ranging from incisive notes of ripe cherry, raspberry and violet embellished with sweet woody notes including white chocolate, vanilla, cloves and a light balsamic hint.

On the palate it has a velvety tannic texture of medium thickness, which is counterbalanced by an important acid shoulder that gives great freshness. Harmonious, balsamic finish with long persistence and great elegance. Refine in small oak barrels for 12 months and partly in steel.

Long-limbed, fresh and captivating interpretation of Chianti Classico. Among the best Chianti Classico value for money for the ability to enhance the fruity floral clarity of Sangiovese.
