Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG ‘Gersemi’ 2017 – Fassati

The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG ‘Gersemi’ 2017 – Fassati reveals an intense and brilliant ruby red in the glass.

On the nose there are notes of violet, juniper and small red berries, enriched by balsamic brushstrokes, resin stamps and sweet woody spicy notes well integrated.

The drink envelops the palate in a dense sip with perfectly dashed compact tannins. Excellent salty trail on the finish that leaves the mouth fresh and satisfied. Refine in Slavonian oak barrels with capacities ranging from 20 to 90 Ql.

An interpretation by Nobile di Montepulciano that tells the nature of its fruit with disarming sincerity. Deservedly among the best Nobile di Montepulciano for persistence and intelligibility of the varietal character of Sangiovese.
