The Offida DOCG Pecorino Montemisio di Castignano wine is revealed in the glass of an intense straw yellow color.
It opens on suggestions of broom, exotic fruits with yellow pulp, wild fennel, suggestions of bread crust, viennoiserie and salt. The sip is voluminous, with a grainy iodized saline presence. Excellent persistence with echoes on floral-fruity tones.
One of the best and most sincere interpretations of Offida DOCG Pecorino: great identity and territorial character and aging potential. A wine that tells us without compromise the great eloquence of the Piceno terroir.
