The Oltretempo del Pozzo Buono 2016 – Castelli di Jesi Verdicchio Riserva DOCG Classico wine is revealed in the glass of a straw yellow color with golden reflections.
It opens on suggestions of broom, exotic yellow-fleshed fruits, wild fennel, suggestions of bread crust, viennoiserie and salt. The sip is voluminous, with a grainy iodized saline presence. Excellent persistence with echoes on floral-fruity tones.
Refine in steel on the fine lees for about 10 months and in the bottle for 30 months.
One of the best and most sincere interpretations of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi: great identity and territorial character and aging potential. A wine that tells us without compromise the great eloquence of the Jesi terroir.
