The olfactory picture is captivating and outlines aromas of alpine flora and elderberry that mix with white peach, vanilla and croissant. On the palate it is pressing, fresh and savory, with an amazing drinkability. Excellent persistence of great precision and length.
A very elegant and exciting interpretation of Pinot Grigio from Alto Adige and excellent versatility in food pairing.
