PARATUS Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige 2019 – Ritterhof
Ritterhof’s PARATUS Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige 2019 wine is characterized by a bright straw yellow.
The olfactory picture is fine, complex and outlines varietal notes of elderberry, grapefruit and passion fruit that blend with hints of viennoiserie and tomato leaf embellished with hydrocarbon stamps. In the mouth it is fresh and snappy, supported by a granular iodine presence. Fruity finish of extraordinary persistence. Refine on fine lees for 7 months.
Ritterhof’s PARATUS amazes us with its eloquent refinement of aromas and maximization of the grape variety. Virtuous interpretation of Sauvignon Blanc in Italy.
