Passerina Terre di Offida DOC Brut 2020 – Castignano
The Passerina Terre di Offida DOC Brut 2020 wine from Castignano has a pale and brilliant straw yellow color and a perlage of good persistence. The nose is layered and ranges from red currant, Williams pear and aromatic notes of wild fennel.
On the palate it has a lively perlage, excellent freshness and a light sweet note. Finale of good persistence, sharpness and cleanliness in which floral nuances echo. Ferments at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts.
A Brut da Passerina sparkling wine of great immediacy. Pleasant interpretation ideal for aperitifs, convivial and carefree situations, but also in combination with seafood dishes such as molluscs and crustaceans or with fresh cheeses.
