Pèan’ Bolgheri Rosso 2018 – Batzella
Batzella’s ‘Pèan’ Bolgheri Rosso 2018 wine is characterized by a lively and impenetrable ruby red.
The nose is articulated complex and fine, outlining notes of black cherry, violet and tamarind which are flanked by hints of blood, garrigue and tones of black pepper.
The sip is lively with a strong acidity that gives freshness and thick and enveloping tannins synergistically linked to a mineral flavor that amplifies the sip.
Good persistence finish that confirms the fruity-floral notes.
A wine of great immediacy but also structure and enveloping, sensational for its versatility in food pairing. A very captivating interpretation of Bolgheri, ideal for both daily consumption and dinners with rich and spicy dishes.
