‘Piano dei Daini’ Etna Rosato DOC 2019 – Tenute Bosco
The ‘Piano dei Daini’ Etna Rosato DOC 2019 – Tenute Bosco wine is characterized by a soft but at the same time bright coral pink.
On the nose there are notes of yellow peach and grapefruit that blend with notes of morello cherry, wild strawberries and orange blossom flowers. On the palate it flows lively and saline, with a delicate finish with delicate citrusy echoes. Refine 4 months on the fine lees, remaining in steel containers until the cellar begins the bottling operations.
A rich and pleasant Sicilian rose wine from Etna, animated by marine and floral suggestions. Deservedly among the best Italian rosé wines.
