‘PleniLune’ Toscana IGT Rosso 2016
It dresses the glass in an intense ruby red color. The nose suggests lively and clear varietal notes of black cherry, raspberry and violet which are accompanied by blood and spicy sensations.
On the palate, it is fresh and flowing, with medium-structured tannins, synergistically linked to acidity of the nerve that gives great fluidity. Good clean finish that echoes on the fruit and spices. Refine for a period of about 6 months of aging in French oak barrels
A wine with an immediate character of great drinkability, ideal for daily consumption and for pairing with dishes that need to be harmonized by greater freshness. Interesting flexibility with the food pairing.
