Primitivo Salento IGP Rosato 2021 – Masseria Borgo dei Trulli
Nose layered with ripe cherry and myrtle on display embellished with elegant notes of elderberry and sage. In the mouth it explodes fresh and vibrant, supported by a beautiful saline presence that enters into synergy with the long and persistent finish.
On the palate it is broad and well balanced, supported by a nice acid vein that never tires and that makes the drink fresh and energetic. Produced from free-run must and partially aged in small French oak barrels.
A rosé Primitivo, decisive and pressing already on the nose, fully among the best Italian rosé wines for versatility with gastronomic combinations of all kinds.
