It has an intense and brilliant straw yellow color. The nose spreads intense and varied fruity notes ranging from ripe apple, citrus and floral notes of acacia and alpine flora. On the palate it is elegant, with a pleasant acidity that gives it freshness well integrated with an unmistakable mineral core that gives structure and complexity. Excellent persistence finish.
