Santinumi T.D.V. Riserva DOC 2014 – Marchesi De ‘Cordano reveals itself in the glass of an impenetrable ruby red color.
The nose is articulated on ripe red fruits, with hints of leather, medicinal herbs and delicate spicy and woody notes wisely integrated. In the mouth it stretches fresh and wide towards a dense finish in which the fruit is the protagonist.
It undergoes a short drying in the vineyard and ages for 12 months in 50 hl barrels and 12 months in barriques, and then rests 12 months in the bottle.
An enveloping and seductive wine that does not renounce drinkability: the great intelligibility of the fruit is masterfully embellished with delicate tertiary notes. Deservedly one of the best Montepulciano d’Abruzzo.
