Sauvignon ‘Castel Ringberg’ 2019 – Elena Walch

Characteristics: Sauvignon wine ‘Castel Ringberg’ 2019 – Elena Walch outlines intense and clear notes of pink grapefruit, passion fruit, tomato leaf and hydrocarbons. On the palate it is voluminous and enveloping, supported by a good acidity that gives balance and drinkability.

Excellent persistence and flavor on the palate with clear echoes on the varietal. Refine a few months on the lees in steel and, for 15%, in French oak barrels for 5 months.

One of the best interpretations of Sauvignon in Italy: rich and exciting on the palate and with a multifaceted and intriguing nose. Great potential in food pairing.
