Serramarrocco 2015 di Barone -Serramarrocco

The 2015 Serramarrocco wine by Barone di Serramarrocco has a brilliant and impenetrable ruby red color. On the nose it reveals itself complex and fine, outlining tones of ripe blackberry and cherry in spirit, flanked by spicy tones of black pepper, white chocolate, eucalyptus, notes of resin, roasting and a slight reminiscence of undergrowth.

On the palate it has a sensational polyphenolic outfit with engaging, ripe and compact tannins that create an exciting dialectic with lively acidity, favoring balance, harmony and enjoyment at the sip.

Dense finish of sensational length in which the fruit and spices echo penetratingly. Refine 12 months in new 500 lt tonneaux. of medium toasted Troncais oak from Allier and then 8 months in the bottle

A Sicilian blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc voluminous and with a Mediterranean character: balsamic and imperishable persistence. Deservedly among the best Italian Cabernets.
