The wine SOLO 2018 – Umberto Cesari reveals itself in the glass of an impenetrable ruby red color with garnet nuances.
The nose is austere and fine with notes that bring to mind the blackberry and wild raspberry followed by pleasant notes of medicinal herbs, humus and juniper berries.
Pressing, opulent, harmonious, velvety and well balanced on the palate. Finale of excellent persistence in which the fruity-spicy registers echo. Vinified and aged exclusively in steel.
