SUPERGIULIA – Pecorino IGT Terre Aquilane 2017– Cataldi Madonna
The SUPERGIULIA – Pecorino IGT Terre Aquilane 2017 by Cataldi Madonna has an intense and crystalline straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose opens incisively with notes of tropical fruit, orange peel, embellished with Dijon mustard and brioche bread. The sip is enveloped by pressing, with a marked acidity and a lively iodized vein well outlined. Finale of excellent length in which the expressive eloquence of the Abruzzo terroir echoes.
One of the most compelling interpretations of Pecorino on a taste-olfactory level: great intelligibility of the fruit, expressive, imaginative and with good aging potential.
