The olfactory picture is fine, complex and outlines varietal notes of elderberry, grapefruit and passion fruit that blend with hints of viennoiserie and tomato leaf embellished with hydrocarbon stamps. In the mouth it is fresh and snappy, supported by a granular iodized presence. Fruity finish of extraordinary persistence. Refine 7 months on the fine lees in steel.
