‘Tâm’ Bolgheri Superiore 2015 – Batzella

The ‘Tâm’ Bolgheri Superiore di Batzella wine has an impenetrable ruby red color.
The nose outlines a kaleidoscope of fruity nuances ranging from ripe blackberry and ripe cherry, juniper berries embellished with coffee powder, dark chocolate, black pepper, and hints of undergrowth.

On the palate it is voluminous, of great extract and body with smooth tannins which are counterbalanced by a good acidity that binds the sip, creating harmony and cleanliness in the mouth.

Finale of excellent persistence and intensity

A wine dense union of elegance and strength that creates a very interesting dialectic between Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Excellent interpretation by Bolgheri of sensational aging potential.
