Tardivo Ma Non TardoVerdicchio Castelli di Jesi Riserva Docg Classico 2016 di Santa Barbara

Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi Riserva ‘Tardivo ma non tardo’ has a brilliant straw yellow color, intense with golden hues. The nose is followed by hints of tropical fruit and floral notes of hawthorn and broom, followed by notes of toasted almonds and vegetal reminiscences.

On the palate it is fresh, vibrant and mineral with a pleasant hint of medicinal herbs which, in itself, stimulates the second and third glass. The interpretation of this famous native grape of the Marche region is interesting and original. It ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and ages 12 months on the lees in steel tanks and 18 months in the bottle.

It is a Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi with an ancestral, vibrant and hypnotic character. Sensational for its ability to combine olfactory finesse and flavor on the palate.
