Umberto Cesari’s ‘Tauleto’ Sangiovese Rubicone IGT 2014 dresses the glass in an intense ruby ​​red color with incipient garnet hues.

The bouquet is characterized by notes of ripe cherry, violet and potpourri of red flowers, embellished with balsamic brushstrokes and tertiary hints of graphite, licorice and tobacco. The sip is full and enveloping and the tannins are velvety and well defined, supported by a nice acidity that culminates in a fresh and persistent finish.

Refines for 24 months in new 225-liter Allier oak barriques and aged for a further 6 months in the bottle.
