The Tenuta di Castelfalfi is located on the hills of Castelfalfi, a fraction of the municipality of Montaione, on the border between the provinces of Pisa and Florence. The history of the ancient village of Castelfalfi has its roots in the Etruscan civilization. But Castelfalfi as it can be admired today is the result of a very important restructuring that began in 2012, which saw the reorganization of both the land and the buildings and where the farm was able to fortify its production of wines and oil, reaching Cultivate 25 hectares of vineyards and over 10,000 olive trees in a completely organic way.
Today Tenuta di Castelfalfi is a considerable economic reality, which presents itself as an eco-sustainable Resort, which manages to maintain an amount of over 1,100 hectares between Resort, farm, with wine estate, woods and olive groves.
