The wine ‘Utopia’ Castelli di Jesi Verdicchio Riserva Classico 2016 Montecappone is characterized by a bright straw yellow.
On the nose it is intense, broad and fresh with succession of floral notes, ranging from hawthorn to chamomile and other pleasant succession of fresh yellow pulp fruit, aromatic herbs and sweet spices. On the palate it is rich, voluminous, fresh, embellished with a light mineral iodized note that gives intensity and character in the mouth.
Elegant, enveloping and savory finish, with a long persistence with delicate fruity floral returns. Refine 12 months in concrete tanks and 12 months in bottle.
An interpretation of Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi of unusual elegance: an exciting and savory wine that seduces with a kaleidoscope of varietal aromas. Excellent aging potential.
