Varvàra Bolgheri DOC 2019 – Castello di Bolgheri visually reveals itself as a deep and impenetrable ruby red. The olfactory spectrum is multifaceted and seductive on dark and ripe berries well integrated with nuances of green pepper, humus, cocoa powder, spicy tones of black pepper and vanilla.
Refines 12 months in barriques and 500-liter barrels.
On the palate the sip is enveloping and fresh, with excellent structure and imperishable persistence.
